Industrial Thermic Fluid Thermal Oil Heater Boiler Running Safety
1. It is fast-assembly forced circulating oil/gas fired boiler with large heating area and compact structure.
2. The heating area is formed by the closely arranged coils from the inside, middle and outside directions. The inner coil is radiation heating area. The middle and outside coils and the the inner coil surface form the convection heating area.
3. The fuel is fired and releases heat in the combustion chamber that formed by inner coils. After taking in most heat through radiation heating area, the high temperature smoke will be into the convection heating area and exchanges heat.
4. It has the four-return design with high efficiency, which can realize the comprehensive evenly heating- up with low thermal inertia.
5. The air goes into the boiler from the air inlet of the burner of the boiler’s front part, and then reaches to the back part and involves into firing through the clamp cover of between the inner and outside layer of heat-carrier boiler. In this process the air forms into four returns and finally is injected through the chimney.
